HOW WE WORK

Our team brings together product development, formulation, testing, and brand experience. Each discipline looks at the formula from a different angle, from ingredient selection and texture structure to stability, daily use, and the way product information is communicated.

A formula moves back and forth between these teams as it develops. Texture is adjusted alongside performance. Packaging is considered alongside stability and use. Claims are reviewed against the information available, so the final product feels coherent from the formula itself to the way it reaches your shelf. We pay attention to details that are easy to overlook: how a serum spreads under cream, how a texture settles on skin, how the packaging behaves in daily use, and whether the language around a product matches what the formula can actually support.
