CYGNAXIS Lab is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate the Services.
Sales and purchases made through the CYGNAXIS Lab store are transactions directly between you and GENSCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., operating CYGNAXIS Lab.
Shopify is not the seller of CYGNAXIS Lab products and is not responsible for the products sold through our store.
Your use of certain Shopify functionality may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms, policies, and privacy documentation.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GENSCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., CYGNAXIS Lab, and their affiliates from third-party claims arising from:

- your unlawful use of the Services;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
21. SEVERABILITY

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases made through our store.
Mandatory rights provided under applicable law remain unaffected.
